These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of CVEasy AI software ("the Software") provided by BlueTeamAutomation LLC, doing business as CVEasy AI ("CVEasy AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.

Advisory notice: All vulnerability prioritization, risk scores, and remediation guidance provided by CVEasy AI are advisory in nature and should be reviewed by qualified security personnel before action. CVEasy AI is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for professional security judgment.

1. License grant

Upon purchase of a subscription to CVEasy, CVEasy Red, CVEasy Enterprise, or CVEasy Red Enterprise, we grant you, for the duration of your subscription term, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on hardware you own or control. Your license includes:

2. License restrictions

You may not:

3. Subscription term, renewal, and cancellation

Subscriptions run for an annual term unless your order states otherwise. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price for your product, charged to the payment method on file. We email you a reminder before each renewal date.

You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@cveasyai.com from your purchase email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term; you keep full access until then. Upon expiration or cancellation, your license to use the Software ends and license activation ceases to function.

Licenses expressly sold as perpetual (including the Founders Edition) remain perpetual and continue to be governed by the terms presented at the time of purchase.

4. Updates and support

All active subscriptions include software updates and standard support by email. CVEasy Enterprise and CVEasy Red Enterprise subscriptions include priority support. Support and updates end when your subscription ends.

5. Fees, payment, and taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your exact price, currency, billing interval, and any renewal terms are presented at checkout before you pay. We never see or store your card details. Prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax or VAT, which is calculated and collected at checkout where required. If a renewal payment fails, we will notify you and retry; continued non-payment may result in suspension of your license after notice.

6. Refunds and license revocation

Refunds and cancellations are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms. If a purchase is refunded, or a payment is reversed through a chargeback, the associated license key is deactivated and your license to use the Software ends immediately.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

CVEasy AI provides vulnerability prioritization guidance based on publicly available data (NVD, EPSS, CISA KEV). The Software does not guarantee the security of your systems and should be used as one component of a broader security program.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website and early-access signup is governed by our Privacy Policy. The Software itself operates locally on your hardware. We do not collect, store, or process any vulnerability data or operational data from the Software.

10. Acceptable use

CVEasy AI is designed for authorized vulnerability management within environments you own or have explicit permission to assess. Use of the Software against systems without authorization may violate applicable computer crime laws. We accept no liability for unauthorized use.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active customers of material changes by email.
