This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and delivery work for CVEasy AI software purchased from BlueTeamAutomation LLC, doing business as CVEasy AI. It forms part of our Terms of Service. If anything here is unclear, email hello@cveasyai.com and a human will answer.
1. All Sales Are Final
CVEasy AI is commercial software delivered digitally as a license key. Purchases are non-refundable once the license key has been issued, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly stated in this policy. If you are unsure whether CVEasy AI fits your environment, request a demo before you buy — we would rather show you the product on your own data than sell you something that is not right for you.
Billing errors are always corrected: if you are charged twice for the same order, or charged an amount that does not match the price shown at checkout, contact us and we will refund the difference promptly.
2. Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term — monthly plans monthly, annual plans annually — and we email you a reminder before every renewal date. Renewal charges are non-refundable. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel before your renewal date; cancellation is free, takes effect at the end of the current paid term, and you keep full access until then.
3. How to Cancel
Email hello@cveasyai.com from your purchase email with the subject "Cancel" — that is the whole process. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term, and you keep full access until then. We do not charge cancellation fees, and we will confirm your cancellation by email.
4. How Corrections Are Paid
Where a refund is issued (a billing error, or where required by law), it goes to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We will confirm by email when it has been issued.
5. Delivery of Your Purchase
CVEasy AI is delivered digitally. Your license key and a single-use installer download link are sent to your purchase email within 48 business hours of purchase — usually much sooner. If the email has not arrived within that window, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will reissue it. There is nothing shipped physically.
6. License Deactivation
When a purchase is refunded, or a payment is reversed through a chargeback, the associated license key is deactivated and the software will stop activating. If you have a billing problem, please contact us before opening a card dispute — we resolve refund requests faster than the dispute process does.
